Mayor of Lansing, Andy Schor
Background: With new leadership in the mayor's office, the City of Lansing has immense opportunity to set a clear vision and direction for the city, as well as encourage a positive perception of it. Further, in Mayor Schor's Transition Team Report, the need for a Strategic Marketing and Communication's Campaign was indicated.
Goal: Articulate Lansing's brand clearly for internal stakeholders and ambassadors to use moving forward, and set up communications strategies for subsequent endeavors.
Audience: Lansing residents (with a soft focus on millennials), Lansing employees, visitors or potential residents (with a focus on younger audiences).
