Background: HCR was established in 1987 by volunteers. In 2016, Habitat Lansing merged with Habitat Greater Ingham County to become Habitat for Humanity Capital Region and continues building homes, operating two ReStores, and expanding the program to critical home and handicap accessibility ramps. They needed assistance in creating their first annual report.

Goal: Create a visually beautiful and emotionally evocative annual report that conveys needs and showcases HCR's effective.

Audience: Donors, general public, and volunteers.
